The price for service for any site is at the full discretion of GPS. GPS reserves the right to alter future pricing structures at any time.
All pricing is based on the US$. Some other currencies are accepted on request, these will be converted at the prevailing exchange rates.
Full payment is due prior to start of service. Payment using PayPal is based on a subscription service, all future payments will be automatically collected at the end of your elected payment schedule.
It is solely at the discretion of GPS as to the acceptance or termination of any featured site.
GPS will provide fair and equal representation for your offers within our search results. Order of presentation is determined by the Make and Model - sites with identical offers are presented in random order. Presentation on the GPS "Featured Sites" page is in alphanumeric sort order.
GPS will provide, best effort, to accurately display the client aircraft listings, and to rectify any problems upon 48 hours of notification.
On initial start of service, any technical issues that requires our fixing, notify us within 5 working days and the service period shall recommence from the date of the applied fix.
GPS servers perform a "poll", or interrogation of the client site aircraft ads, on a once-daily basis. This poll will detect any additions, updates or deletions and reflect the changes on GPS result pages.
It is at GPS discretion as to the time of the daily poll but will usually be scheduled overnight (EST). If the client site is not functional at this time, three retries will be made. In the case that the client site is not functional during the polling period, GPS result pages will reflect only the client ads detected the previous day.
If the client site is not functioning at all (ie the ads cannot be displayed) for a period of three days, the client site will be temporarily disincluded as a GPS Featured Site until such time as the problem is rectified
GPS does not accept any responsibility for service failure outside of its control (i.e. changes or failure of client or third party web site, or interruption of service by any Internet supplier).
Any service interruption (minimum one day) due to GPS's software or hardware failure will be credited to the end of the client's subscription period, in whole day periods.
In the case of significant design changes to the client site that obstruct the polling, GPS requires a period of up to ten working days to restore service.
If GPS terminates the service for any reason, a refund for the remaining months fees will be returned. If the client discontinues the service then any refund will be at the discretion of GPS.
GPS retains the right to refuse or remove any site or ad that it deems unsuitable.
