The aircraft is based at Eglinton (EGAE) and has always been hangered and very well maintained and cared for by myself and the previous owner.
It has been flown around Ireland, France, Channel Isles, Scotland and England
Although this was the first Varieze built in the UK back in 1979 (by the renowned Rutan aircraft builder Don Foreman) it has been completely updated and extensively modified over the years. It has benefited from a new interior and external graphics int he last 12 or so months.

19 LPH @160 mph 5000 / Climb rate 980 ft/min @ MAUW and the engine never overheats in the climb, even during a prolonged climb at higher OAT s.

Remaining Slick impulse magneto was also overhauled by Nicholson McLaren when the electronic ignition was fitted.
