Piel Emeraude CP301B 27,750.00G-ASVG Refurbished 2016 Year of manufacture 1958. Permitted until August 2022. (SOLD SUBJECT TO FINAL INSPECTION)
Airframe 90 hours since major refurbishment. 2350 hours total.
Fitted with a Continental C90 14F with lightweight electric starter and alternator. Also 90 hours since major refurbishment. 2400 hours total.
70 litre fuel tank. Can run on super unleaded E5 Mogas, giving approx 3.5 hours endurance.
Hercules 69 x 50 propeller, 65 hours since new.
Spare Chris Lodge 70 x 50 propeller in good condition, (but requires balancing).
Full VFR panel.
Funkewerke Mode S transponder.
Icom handheld 8.33 radio wired into aircraft electrics with Mendelson battery powered intercom.

The comprehensive refurbishment undertaken from 2013 - 2016/7 included total strip down and check of airframe, replacement of all control cables, service of undercarriage including new brakes and tyres. Firewall forward renovation including complete strip down of engine, crankshaft re ground with new big and small end bearings, cylinder heads and valve gear checked and refurbished, replacement oil pump, new piston rings fitted, magnetos and carburettor serviced and new lightweight alternator fitted. All electrics replaced along with new battery. New instrument panel fabricated. Airframe and wings recovered with Ceconite and repainted.
