So two aircraft, one in a boat state the other near finished but not flyable due to it being heavy. The near finished one needs new lighter wings and the fuselage needs a lot of sanding to give it a smooth finish. Currently its a bit rough.

Two engines VW based one is 1.8ltr the other if not mistaken 2.1ltr

Lets face it its a labour of love, the nice thing about this is that you will finish with at least one aircraft and plenty of parts. A lot of work has been done so you can save time. The KR2 has been described the Ferrari of the skies. I was lucky enough to have met a KR2 expert Colin Hales and he has been the most helpful person in this project. If you ever have the opportunity to go to one of his talks I highly recommend it.

These projects are based in East Ayrshire. Happy to transport these in a 7.5 ton truck if expenses are met (UK mainland). (I do not owe a truck so one needs hiring and fuel cost, my labour is free)

If anyone is interested in only the engines and the magnetos then that will be 2500 plus freight and I will donate the aircraft and the plans to The Highland and Island university for students to build.
