1957 H35 Bonanza. This is a very clean aircraft. There is not a stack of Garmin, new paint or a beautiful interior. However, the aircraft has many very original ways about it. New paint in 1964;) The gear is tight and in great order. The airframe metal looks like new aluminum in most places. The ruddervators were stripped and painted a few years back. Always stored inside. Always maintained to a high standard. ADS-B out installed. This is a great aircraft to restore or fly just the way it is. She is a sweet old grandma. It is difficult to price this aircraft. I am open to discussions regarding the value. The engine has new magnetos, and the pressure car was IRAN'd by Aircraft Accessories of OK in 2019. I have maintained the aircraft for about 30 years. The owner is done flying and has asked me to sell the aircraft.

This aircraft has been stored inside in MI its entire life. It has been mildly used and maintained regularly. Quality -owned. The owner is hanging it up. The aluminum is very clean inside the tail and wings. It pushes like a Tri-Pacer. Very light on its wheels. The gear is tight, and the steering collar assembly is in great order. ADS-B out. Nice glass. The ruddervators were stripped and painted and balance checked in 1997. (great condition) This aircraft is just a sweet and fun old grandma.
