Description
This Stearman was built in the United States in 1941 and was never used as a crop duster. It was rebuilt in California for the famous pilot Ray Hanna and shipped to Europe. In Europe, a wing walker support was installed on the upper wing, and it was used in various airshows throughout Europe for more than 20 years. In 1995, it was used in the filming of "The English Patient," flying in Tunisia for the shoot. It is also equipped with an auxiliary tank that can be placed on the front seat for long-distance flights. It has never been involved in any accidents and is in perfect flying condition, as it regularly flies at the Castelnuovo Don Bosco airport.
