Ownership Status:

The present owner is the 5th owner in total. The aircraft was sold new from factory to its first owner in Belgium but remained on N registry. The first owner then sold it to its second owner in 04/2013 which made the Aircraft return to the United States of America. From there, it was sold on behalf of its second owner to its third owner, a South African company in 01/2014 and became ZS registered. The South African company then sold this Malibu Meridian to its 4th owner, a Dutch individual owner in 02/2018 and became PH registered. As part of the ferry flight to Europe, the engine suffered from a hot start event. Due to the complexity of having the engine repaired on site and prepared for shipment, the Dutch owner decided to have a loaner engine installed and had the Aircraft flown to Europe with such loaner engine. Therefor the difference between airframe and engine hours are 48h. As part of the hot start event, an HSI had been performed, FCU overhauled, fuel pump overhauled, prop governor overhauled, CT disk repaired and all CT blades replaced. As part of the Pre-Purchase Inspection performed on behalf of the 5th and current owner, a Polish company, the Inspection Facility discovered that the Aircraft suffered from a minor hangar tail damage. Piper factory provided the appropriate engineering paperwork in order to conduct the repair. Following the repair, the aircraft became SP registered in 07/2020. The aircraft is under CAMO, hangered and all logbooks are available SNEW. Maintained on behalf of an experienced Malibu Meridian maintenance facility. Work Reports and pictures available upon request.

Information about Piper Malibu Meridian:

The Piper Malibu Meridian is a suitable aircraft to enter the world of turbo prop flying with a pressurized cabin, being able to achieve satisfying cruising speeds anywhere between FL200 and FL300. The spacious cabin offers enough space for four passengers with an aft baggage compartment. Single executive writing table is installed on right hand side. It is definitely the right investment to travel in a pressurized cabin in high altitudes achieving satisfying cruising speeds and being able to achieve great take-off and landing performance. Operating and maintenance costs are significantly lower compared to bigger multi engine piston planes and operating in a much safer environment in icing conditions with an existing FIKI certification.
