Real Entry level warbird Stinson L5 for sale in Italy. After the Second World War, this plane flew in the Italian Air Force until 1954 and then in various Italian flying clubs until its activity ended in 1998.
The current owner began a complete and meticulous restoration in 2002 and completed it a few years later.
I-VISP is technically one of the most admired Stinson L5 in flying order today, the owner today very busy with other projects, decides to sell it together with five other Stinson L5 Project from which other specimens can be obtained without great difficulty plus a large set of spare parts also "NOS". This is truly a rare opportunity for enthusiasts of Liason Aircraft.
The aircraft is in perfect working order and flies with "Permit to fly" valid until next July 2025, it can be seen at LIDH in a museum hangar.
