This is an original Fieseler 156 Storch made during WWII . I went through a complete and amazing restoration also . The plane has the original Argus V-8 engine that also has 30 hr , all the plane in fact has now 30 Hrs . It was made in March of 1945 . It was restored and painted exactly identical to the plane that was used for the rescue of the American high generals with their families in the Swiss Alps when in 1946 the C-53 crashed in the Gauli Glacier 1946 C-53 Skytrooper crash on the Gauli Glacier - Wikipedia. so the plane is painted in the Swiss Air Force configuration . The green colour is identical also to the used by the Luftwaffe so just removing the Swiss crosses it would get the German configuration and the Swastikas should be added (but not convenient I think)
The plane has new instruments , a new propeller , and a new emergency locator . The restoration was made in the same way the Germans built it
