We completed a thorough nose to tail annual in Aug 2024. 180hp O-360 with only 220 hours SMOH! The prop was overhauled in Aug by East Coast Propeller Services. New brakes and tires. The wing leveler autopilot and electric trim make this airplane a treat to fly. The paint and interior are in great condition with vinyl seats and side panels. Easy to read and well organized AdLog Maintenance logs from Aerotech that are complete and up to date with all AD s complied with. Flight times may change as we love this airplane and fly it regularly around New England. We originally planned to upgrade the avionics and keep this plane forever but we bought a twin for the longer flights up and down the east coast.
