Description
On behalf of the owner we sell this Cessna 172 N from 1978. The last owner has had it for decades.
The aircraft was never used as a trainer, only experienced pilots flew this aircraft.
Golf Romeo was never involved in a accident and is in original paint scheme.
Overall condition I would value 7/10, look at the pictures from july 2024.
Interior, windows, tyres, doors, avionics, brakes, engine and propeller are in good working condition.
The Engine starts immediately without any issues or strange noises also after sitting for months.
The last flight was this year 2024.
We can offer to install a Garmin AeraA 660 as per your request.
Also if the new owner wants to add or change some other avionics parts or other things we can assist.
The aircraft was most of its time in a hangar.
The new ARC is in progress and the aircraft is just undergoing a technical service, with oil change, brake fluid change and so on. The engine is dry without any oil leaks.
Airplane time state:
Airplane TT 3918 hours without accidents.
Engine Lycoming O-320-H2AD 160 HP 240 hours.
Propeller McCauley 240 hours.
Engine and propeller overhauled in 2008.
NEW ARC 16.11.2024
