Always hangared. Since construction remained in Socata factory as demonstrator - with luxury interiors and painting - till September 2003. We bought it in July 2006 with engine just overhauled due to the 3 years stop. We updated most of the avioncis: GNS430 -> GNS430W, Garmin 327 -> 328, 102.5 Jolliet ELT -> Kannad 406 ELT, etc. and replaced MAP/FF indicator and Directional Gyro. Expiration checks and maintenance by primary maintenence workshop. Most IFR required instruments.

Airplane is currently flown every 2-3 weeks to keep it in good conditions and is regularly maintained and insured. TTAF and TTE may increase few hours between updates.
