Remarks:
Originally was a Military observer L4 in 1942. Many owners and changes later it is a restored J3. It was originally a Continental C65 HP engine and was changed to the Lycoming in 1981 at a restoration. Real logs start in 1981 but some documents go back older than that. Fun classic "stick and Rudder" Flying. Cruises at 60 MPH and burns 4 gallons per hour.
